Can I install my own OS from my image? Yes, if the server is activated as VDS using KVM technology.
What are the distinctions Hyper-VPS and ECO-VPS? ECO-VPS operates under the outdated VMmanager 5 control panel (no longer updated), while Hyper-VPS runs on VMmanager 6. Hyper-VPS uses more modern chips and DDR4 memory. We do not recommend installing Windows on ECO-VPS.
In which data center are the servers located? We have several data centers in Moscow and one in Novosibirsk. The specific point is selected during the order process.
Can I set up a VPN connection or proxy on the server? Yes, of course.
How can I get a VDS for trial? Create a ticket through your personal account. Make sure you already have a activated account.
What is the traffic limit on the servers? Traffic is without limits on a 1Gbit port.
What is the bandwidth? Servers are connected to a shared port of 2-10 gbit depending on the DC. Traffic is boundless. A dedicated channel of 100 megabits or 1 gbit is available for an additional fee.
In which DC are the servers located? We have 27 around the world for hosting equipment. You can choose the specific DC and site when placing an order.
I activated the VDS, but it is blacklisted; please change the IP addresses! The IP cannot be changed. We cooperate with blacklist databases. If an IP address gets blacklisted, we will remove it from the blacklist. Please report any IP blacklisting immediately after the server is issued.
